Delivery Timeframe 

West Malaysia – Kindly expect 3-5 working days for delivery company to deliver your parcel. East Malaysia – Kindly expect 5-8 working days for delivery company to deliver your parcel. 

Shipping Fee 

West Malaysia Comvita offers a standard shipping fee of RM12 for any purchase below RM120. Purchases above RM120, shipping fee will be waived. 

East Malaysia Any order up to 3 kg: standard shipping fee of RM35 will be charged. Any order with 3 – 5 kg: standard shipping fee of RM45 will be charged. Any order with 5 – 10 kg: standard shipping fee of RM85 will be charged. Any order above 10 kg: standard shipping fee of RM85 + RM11 per additional kg will be charged. 

Delivery Terms & Condition

Customers are responsible for any extra taxes imposed by the government. Please note that on occasions such as Public Holidays and large sales events, there might be a delay in the processing time.
