Return Policy

Return is eligible when: 

  • Product remain sealed and unopened.
  • Product is in original condition.
  • Product is fully return. Any individual item that was sold in a pack or package, that you would like to return, must be return in full (in a pack or package) 

If you received a defective or damage item, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receiving the parcel. at: hello.my@comvitasea.com before you return the product. 

All item has to be return within 15 days or receiving the parcel  

Return is not eligible when: 

  • It is a Free Gift
  • Items purchased from Expo
  • Opened Items
  • Clearance Items
  • Change of mind

Return Process

The postage of returning the parcel back to us is solely borne by the customer. All returns will be refunded within 7-14 working days upon receiving the return items, and after we have verified to be in their original conditions. 

For purchase made at other retail stores or other e-commerce platform, kindly refer to the respective store’s policy and contact them directly. 

Kindly contact our customer service at: hello.my@comvitasea.com before you return the product. We highly recommend you take a photo of the product and send it to us as evidence so that we could perform necessary procedures for investigation.
