Delivery Timeframe

West Malaysia – Kindly expect 3-5 working days for delivery company to deliver your parcel.

East Malaysia – Kindly expect 5-10 working days for delivery company to deliver your parcel.

Shipping Fee

West Malaysia

Comvita offers a standard shipping fee of RM12 for any purchase below RM200.

Purchases above RM200, shipping fee will be waived.

East Malaysia

Any order with less than 6kg, standard shipping fee of RM30 will be charged.

Any order with 6kg-10kg, standard shipping fee of RM40 will be charged.

1kg and above, we will be charging at RM4 at any additional kg.

Delivery Terms & Condition

Customers are responsible for any extra taxes imposed by the government.

Please note that on occasions such as Public Holidays and large sales events, there might be a delay in the processing time. However, we will make every extra effort that we could to process your order soonest possible.

Returns

Return is only eligible when:

The product is remain sealed and unopened.

The product is at their original condition.

The product is fully return. Any individual item that was sold in a pack or package, that you would like to return, has to be return in full (in a pack or package)

All item has to be return within 15 days or receiving the parcel.

Return Policy

The postage of returning the parcel back to us is solely borne by the customer.

All returns will be refunded within 7-14 working days upon receiving the return items, and after we have verified to be in their original conditions.

Refunds will be in the form of store credits that can either be used to make another purchase on our website or customer can withdraw from our system to your bank account.

Store credit withdrawal must be requested by customer within 120 days from the date of purchase. The amount will reflect in your requested bank account within 7-14 working days upon confirmation.

For purchase made at other retail stores or other e-commerce platform, kindly refer to the respective store’s policy and contact them directly.
