Manuka Honey Cornflakes Cups
  • 4 cups cornflakes
  • 3 tbsp Comvita Manuka Honey
  • 1/3 cups unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 160 °C
  2. Melt butter, sugar and Comvita Manuka Blend Honey in a saucepan till bubbles.
  3. Stir cornflakes, almond flakes and sesame seeds into the honey mixture.
  4. Fill the mini cups with evenly coated cornflakes and bake for 10 mins till golden
  5. Let cool completely to allow the cornflakes to set and stick together.
Clover Honey Lemon Cooler
  • 3/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup clover honey
  • 3 ¼ cups of water
  1. Stir together honey and lemon juice until honey is dissolved.
  2. Add water and stir to combine. Adjust sweetness with a little more lemon or clover honey to taste. 
  3. Serve over ice cubes and enjoy!
Manuka Honey glazed kurma
  • 500g kurma
  • ¼ cup Manuka honey
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Preheat oven to 175°C
  2. Remove the seeds from kurma
  3. Mix the manuka honey water, cinnamon powder and pinch of salt in a saucepan.
  4. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and forms a syrup-like consistency
  5. Place the kurma on a baking sheet and brush with the Manuka Honey glaze.
  6. Bake the kurma in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the glaze caramelizes.
  7. Once it’s done, take it out from the oven and let it cool.
  8. Serve as a snack or as a sweet to be served after the meal.
