INGREDIENTS

• ½ fresh lemon juiced
• ½ tsp turmeric
• Pinch of cayenne pepper
• Pinch of cinnamon
• 1 tsp ginger peeled and crushed
• 1 tsp Manuka Honey
• 15mls Fresh Picked™ Olive Leaf Extract Natural

DIRECTIONS

1. Boil water in a kettle.
2. Add all ingredients to a tea pot.
3. Pour hot water into tea pot and stir.
4. Leave for 1 minute.
5. Pour tea through strainer into a tea cup.
6. Drink while warm.
