•2-3 tbsp Manuka honey
•4-5 buds dried chrysanthemum flowers
•250g boiling water
•85 g Manuka honey
•50g brown sugar
•56g unsalted butter
1. Place chrysanthemum into a tea strainer and add boiling water. Steep for 3-5 minutes until the tea has turned into a distinct bright yellow colour.
2.Allow the tea to cool down for 5-10 minutes
3. Add honey and ice into the glass
4. Pour the chrysanthemum tea over the honey and ice. Stir until combined and serve cold.
