Kale Smoothie Ice Cream Blocks
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (sub any frozen berries of your choosing)
- ¼ cup baby kale
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 3 tbsp Comvita Manuka honey
- ½ cup milk of your choice
DIRECTIONS
Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into iceblock mould and freeze overnight.
Makes 6-7 ice blocks (depending on mould size and shape)
