Simple Overnight Manuka Honey Oats Recipe

  • ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup (heaping) rolled oats
  • ⅔ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tbsp Comvita® UMF® 5+ Manuka Honey


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a jar or other airtight container.
  3. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
